As versatile entrepreneur among entrepreneurs at Woods & Pearson I am working as a M&A and tax consultant putting into practice my up-to-date knowledge of international tax legislation and my interpersonal- and communication skills. One of my goals is to create added value for my clients. I do so by switching between different roles as needed, be it a business coach, a boardroom consultant, an M&A specialist or a mediator. Dealing with conflicting interests, pushback and opposing viewpoints by identifying common goals and reducing complex issues into bite-sized, understandable information has become second nature. Thinking in terms of solutions, not afraid of confrontations, transparent communication and cutting straight to the chase are a few characteristics that describe my business approach.
